Chapter 9 Part 1: Criteria for choosing a spouse

 

Bai Zhen Zhen was already under heavy pressure, but Huo Xiang was very cooperative.

“Uncle Bai, if I had a girlfriend, how could she not have come visit me after so many days?” Huo Xiang said.

Father Bai nodded and laughed cheerfully, seemingly very happy: “I guess you don’t.”

hehehe I made an apple tart bc well, I had some apples sitting there about to die from boredom and it came out quite nicely ^^ tho the book was like ‘bake it at regular temperature’ and I was like wth is ‘regular temperature?!! (fyi 200ºC is too high for a regular baking temp. 😂 maybe that’s a ‘regular temp.’ for pizzas only? idk xd)… I don’t like these imprecise instructions ah, like when my mom says ‘add a bit of this’, but how much is a bit?!! >.< so I always add too much or too little… but even worse is that I do the same… ‘oh, that? just keep adding flour till you get the right texture, you’ll feel it….’ smh

On another note, from now on it will be possible to have sponsored chapters of Random Passerby (chapters as in parts), for 7$/part and with the possibility of 1 sponsored chap every 2 weeks. For some time now I’ve been intending to increase a bit the number of releases, but I want first to find a good working pace bc I’m quite irregular, might be very productive for a few days but then don’t touch the novel for weeks, so please be a bit patient till I get it figured out^^
