Thinking of deer Fei Fei

Chapter 3

 

The pie falling on Fei Chang’s head was not only meaty but also a very juicy and tender pie. This variety show was a big production, with five actors from a fixed cast that remained for the whole season, and five guests that were different every episode, and then they had a frenetic and passionate showdown.

Oh, almost forgot, this variety show was called “Looking for a frog in the wilderness”. As the name implies, the setting of the variety show was in the ass-end of nowhere, and the key to clearing the game was to find a glistening golden toad.

The rules of this game were quite complex, but it was because of this complexity that the dangerous climax of the program harvested wave after wave of audience.  This was Fei Chang’s favorite “dinner program”.  Actually, he ate very fast, he would have already finished his food even before the advertisement before the show ended.

He used to fantasize about being invited to the show after his debut. But he didn’t expect to appear on the show before he had made his debut. What’s more, invited by Chen Yue Yang.

Chen! Yue! Yang!

Fei Chang stayed up all night, and the next day the giraffe had become a long-necked panda.

They met in the company’s garage in the morning. Fei Chang was so nervous he was uncoordinated when walking, while Chen Yue Yang was calm and composed.

Chen Yue Yang was very handsome. Shining on stage, sexy and dashing on the screen. Didn’t expect that in private, he also exuded this worshiping light from head to toe.  He was by no means an “approachable” idol. He had the kind of glitter that, even if mixed in a crowd and without makeup, he would be able to completely stand out.

Fei Chang was so tall that he didn’t need to look down to see the other’s hair whorl. The light silver hair, combed in a casual hairstyle with hair gel, emitted a faint fragrance. The scent was a high-grade fragrance, on a completely different level from the 9.90 yuan conditioner Fei Chang used. (aprox. 1$ USD)

Chen Yue Yang’s height was 1.82 meters and was already considered among the tallest within the entertainment circle. Moreover, his height was not fake. Sometimes he had met artists known to be 1.85 m in the backstage, but he was actually much taller than them. But when standing next to a giraffe, the sexy Tibetan antelope¹ appeared petite.

Chen Yue Yang looked at the tall mand beside him. As a result, their eyes met. Fei Chang turned his head.

Chen Yue Yang smiled. His first sentence was neither to thank Fei Chang for helping him the other day, nor to ask him about the comic; moreover, it wasn’t either telling him to draw attention in the show later.

He asked: “Fei Chang, you have been a trainee in the company for so long, in case you failed to debut in the end, have you thought about debuting as a model?”

“I haven’t.”

“……”

Fei Chang told the truth: “If I can’t really become popular, then I would debut as a comic artist.”

Chen Yue Yang: “You don’t seem to have any ambitions, why on earth did you enter the entertainment industry?”

Fei Chang stared down at his eyes and didn’t speak.

Chen Yue Yang had a premonition, and asked him teasingly: “It was not because of me, right?”

“……”

“There’s no camera here, you don’t need to say this kind of cliché phrase that you entered the company because of an idol.”

“……”

“Ok, I believe you.”

“……”

“I’m sorry.” Chen Yue Yang said helplessly, “Senior brother will personally wipe your tears, ok?”

In order to prevent more and more tears from falling on his fancy makeup, the giraffe refused his proposal with a grieving heart.

To make his appearance on the show, Fei Chang was wearing such nice-looking, well-fitting and expensive clothes for the first time. He didn’t dare to use all his strength when putting them on since he would have to give them back to the company later.  Necklace, wristbands, and rings were all in place; even the belt was sponsored by the manufacturer, giving a completely luxurious feeling from head to toe. And, the most important thing, his outfit and Chen Yue Yang’s matched.

Which straight male fan doesn’t want to be a matching pair with his straight male idol?!

Finally at the recording location, Chen Yue Yang led Fei Chang to greet the crew. Chen Yue Yang was very good in all aspects, intentionally looking after Fei Chang, giving him a lot of face.

When they were recording, Chen Yue Yang pulled Fei Chang to his side. Fei Chang was in front of the camera for the first time. He was extremely nervous, his face taut, not looking like a giraffe but like a Tanystropheus.

In front of the camera, the atmosphere soon became lively: “Yue Yang, you’re obviously a long-legged oppa, but when standing with your junior, you instantly look like a small dwarf.”

Fei Chang did not even think before squatting down; Chen Yue Yang finally looked taller than Fei Chang.

Chen Yue Yang: “You stand up.”

Fei Chang carried a stone block from who knows where; motioning Chen Yue Yang to stand on it.  As a result, Chen Yue Yang was still shorter than Fei Chang.

Fei Chang: “Senior brother, maybe you can pad your feet?”

“……”

“Director, can you just take a picture of our upper bodies?”

“……”

All the cameramen howled with laughter.

The assistant director said: “We must add this segment in the outtakes!”

The director said: “No, we will put it in the featured recording.”

Chen Yue Yang stood on the stone and thought to himself: it looks like Fei Chang won’t be able to debut as a comic artist.

He would soon debut as a comedy actor.

Hope you’re all doing well^^ Time really flies ah it feels like i’ve done nothing and the week has already passed… I sure am being not productive enough these days >.<
